Frances Holshouser Webster, 90, of Salisbury, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018, at Autumn Care of Salisbury.
She was born November 19, 1927, in Rowan County to the late Theodore and Marie Lefler Holshouser. Mrs. Webster was a 1945 graduate of Granite Quarry High School and was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Granite Quarry. During her career, she was employed by Leisure Lads, Ann Manufacturing, and Carolina Maid. She also worked at the Lutheran Home as a nursing assistant. She enjoyed watching "Days of our Lives" and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Steve Webster and wife, Linda of Faith; daughter, Donna W. Poole and husband, Timothy of Granite Quarry; grandson, Bryan Snyder and wife, Amanda of Concord; sister-in-law, Rose Holshouser of Linwood; great-grandchildren, Caroline and Kyle Snyder, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Webster was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Jones Webster and brother, Julius Monroe "Buddy" Holshouser.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 22, 2018, at 2:00 pm in the mausoleum of Brookhill Memorial Gardens, Rockwell, NC.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Autumn Care of Salisbury for the loving care extended to Mrs. Webster and the family over the last several years.
