Kenneth "Kenny" Wade Harrison, 57, of Kannapolis, NC, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at his home.
Kenny loved mechanics and was always there to help you out. He loved his family and was a caring Father and loving "PawPaw". Kenny loved to meet new people and was always quick to lend a hand to anyone in need. He enjoyed being outside, especially when he had a fishing pole in his hand. He really made the best of life while he was here, but he knew (more than most) that this was not his home. Kenny knew that this day would come and he embraced the fact that he would be with the Lord. He knew this because even though he loved all things in life, he loved the Lord above everything else.
Family that have gone to the Lord before Kenny include his parents, Joseph Harrison and Cora Duke Harrison; brothers, Steven Harrison, Charles "Chuck" Harrison, Marvin Harrison and Baby Boy Harrison; and ex-wife, Nancy Faulkner Beaver
Kenny is survied and lovingly remembered by his 2 daughters, Misty Harrison of Salisbury, and Dixie Harrison Jones with husband Steven Jones of Salisbury; 6 grandsons, Lucas, Tyler, Bradley, Chance, Nicholas and Alexander; brothers, Rayvon Harrison and wife Vicki of Richefield, Jessie Harrison and wife Teresa of Salisbury; sisters, Dianne Honeycutt of Salisbury, Barbara Southard and husband Jesse of Candor, Kathy Stubbs and husband Phillip of Rockwell, Becky Bailey and husband Garland of Rockwell, Teresa "Cricket" Pruitt and husband Tim of Gold Hill, Patricia "Trisha" Cofer and Rick Lefler of Rockwell, Rosa Mae King and husband Dale of Richfield; ex-wife Rhonda Towell.
